1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on gojl, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use gojl services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Age Restriction: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place bets on gojl. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming laws and regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Jurisdictional Restrictions: gojl services are intended exclusively for users physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. You may not access or use gojl services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gojl complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws. You further confirm that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities through any self-exclusion program operated by gojl or any other gaming operator.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gojl services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may not register more than one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify gojl customer support.

gojl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

gojl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and may be subject to account-specific limits.

Deposits are credited to your gojl account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. gojl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified with gojl.
• All pending wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-48 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and up to 5 business days for bank transfers.

gojl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gojl is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, transaction, or withdrawal that we deem suspicious. This may include requesting additional documentation, limiting withdrawal amounts, or reporting transactions to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, gojl may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be clearly stated on the Promotion page or in the Promotion announcement.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Unless otherwise stated, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10-20% toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: gojl has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting software bugs or errors. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules, Fairness & Random Number Generation

All games offered on gojl are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including JILI, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All slot games, video poker games, and RNG-based table games on gojl use certified Random Number Generators to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. These RNGs are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) are conducted in real-time by professional dealers and are not RNG-based. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are streamed live to players.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void. gojl will refund the stake of any voided bets but is not liable for any potential winnings that would have resulted from the voided round.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

gojl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified amount of time spent playing.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from gojl for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using gojl services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent behavior.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using gojl services to transfer funds for illegal purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gojl staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the gojl platform.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

gojl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other gojl policy.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to meet age or jurisdictional eligibility requirements.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If your account is closed for a violation of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, gojl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of gojl services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or account balance.
• Technical failures, software errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain security.
• Reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any third-party actions or omissions, including payment providers and game providers.

In no event shall gojl's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of gojl services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact gojl customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the gojl platform are the property of gojl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
